NASUR: Interviewer Training and Training Manuals

Objectives

To create a curriculum on how to train interviewers and specifically the use of the joint family care assessment. To write a training manual to be used for the interviewer training as well as for other users of the family care assessment.

Methodolody and study materials

Collect and evaluate the experiences in first interviews of 50 family carers and cared for persons from the NASUR Pilot (WP 3) (all)
Develop a curriculum for an interviewer training (Sweden)
Develop a training manual (Sweden)
Agree, translate and adapt the curriculum and training manual (all)
Each partner will train his own interviewer on the basis of the interviewer training curriculum and the training manual.

Deliverables

No 7: Interviewer Training Curriculum and Manual, 1^st version, English.
No 8: Interviewer Training Curriculum and Manual, 2^nd version, in six languages
