Eligibility to attend:

All senior and junior researchers from UCC Hamburg/UKE who are involved in cancer-relevant research are welcome to attend the UCC Hamburg Research Retreat.

Cost of attendance:

Participation is free of charge.

Do I have to give a talk or present a poster?

Attendees are encouraged to present their research project in an oral presentation or in a poster session, but there is no obligation. If you wish to give a talk or present a poster, please submit your abstract as described under "Submission of abstracts". The decision whether your project will be presented in a regular session or in a poster session will be made by the UCC Hamburg Core Team.

An additional option to present a research topic is to design a graphical abstract. If you would like to choose this option please refer to the chapter "Submission of abstracts".

When do I get definitive notice about whether I can attend and whether I can give a talk or present a poster or graphical abstract?

You will receive definitive notice via e-mail by June 16, 2025 at the latest.
