No organ is the focus of so many fields of medicine in the way that the spine is. Spinal illnesses are often multi-faceted and require such a wide variety of diagnostics and treatment that it is often extremely difficult for treatment to be adequately provided by only one specialist. We use interdisciplinary cooperation between specialist departments to provide our patients with optimal medical treatment for spinal illnesses, injuries, and malformations – a higher level of care than only one specialist could provide.
