The UKE University Transplant Center cares for adults and children who require an organ transplant. The clinic carries out kidney, liver, pancreas, heart and lung transplants.
Our Transplant Center is the biggest in North Germany and Europe’s biggest facility for children’s liver transplants. The clinic set up the first Europe-wide living donor program.
